Our Story
The Therapy Rooms was set up by Tracy Russell, a specialist in Remedial Massage. Tracy has been a practising massage therapist based in Newcastle for more than 20 years.
Tracy has deepened her knowledge and skills over many years, learning from experts in bodywork and complementary medicine. This has enhanced her excellent reputation for helping people with complex health problems. One thing you will certainly learn about Tracy is that she is always learning.
Tracy is always looking to work with other qualified, experienced and professional therapists. She is currently looking for therapists who are looking for premises in Newcastle. We currently offer Osteopathy Remedial Massage Therapy, Sports Massage, and Aromatherapy
INDEPTH CONSULTATION
Unlike many places you can go for a massage, at The Therapy Rooms, a therapeutic massage treatment involves an in depth consultation and spinal assessment. You’ll be asked to talk about your lifestyle and your therapist will be able to make practical constructive suggestions as to how you can improve your health. For most people, their health and the reason they need a massage, isn’t just the result of one simple event, but many lifestyle choices.
EXPERT TREATMENT
At The Therapy Rooms we can help in, not only dealing with the symptoms of the problem but also helping you to find out the underlying causes. The massage itself is designed to suit you from the setting of specific goals, selection of essential oils and massage techniques, it is all bespoke for you
